The Online Package

Get your 12-week programming adapted to your goals, level, needs and limitations.

The 12 weeks are divided into 3 different programmes (4 weeks each). Each programme evolving along the 4 weeks.

The programmes are built based on the equipment available in your gym and can include 2 to 5 sessions/week (based on your needs). 

Each session lasts 1 hour and includes a warm-up (slow and fast dynamic) and a main session.

​

Every week you will train all the fundamental movement patterns and develop force, strength and explosiveness. They are essentials qualities that will keep you strong, healthy and able to move pain free every day.

 

​After you have placed your order you will receive a document in your mail box with information needed to get you started. After you have returned the document, the 12-week programming will be delivered within 5 days.

You will receive a downloadable PDF with videos for all exercises.

Also we will remain in constant contact to feedback, help or adjust your programme.
